Mustang Opens 2020-2021 Online & Contactless Enrollment

(Mustang, Oklahoma – May 18, 2020) – What schools will look like in the Fall is anyone's guess, but after careful planning, Mustang Public Schools is now rolling out Online and Contactless Enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year.

2020-2021 Online/Contactless Enrollment

  • Electronic Option

    • Step #1 - Collect the required documents in electronic format.

      • For help with turning paper copies into electronic submissions, click HERE.

    • Step #2 - Complete the fillable MPS Enrollment Packet (Pre-K, K-8th and/or 9th-12th) in pdf format.

      • For help completing the PDF on a mobile device (Android or iOS), please click HERE.

    • Step #3 - Complete the MPS 2020-2021 Enrollment Submission Form.

    • Step #4 - Watch your email/phone for communication from Central Enrollment office staff. 

  • Packet Drop-Off Option

    • Collect the required documents.

    • Complete the fillable MPS Enrollment Packet (Pre-K, K-8th and/or 9th-12th).

    • Print the forms (please avoid double-sided) or pick them up at the drop box locations (below) and drop them off with copies of the required documents at one of our drop boxes.

      • The District has set up two (2) enrollment packet drop boxes, one at Mustang High School (located at 801 S. Snyder Dr. Mustang, OK  73064) and the other at Mustang North Middle School (located at 10901 SW 15th St. Mustang, OK  73064).

        • The red drop boxes are located in the front vestibules of each school and are under camera surveillance for security.  

        • Vestibules will be open for packet drop-off from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday.

          • The District asks that anyone dropping off packets observe social distancing and guidance from the CDC and health experts.  

        • Completed/Printed packets (and associated documents) must be in an envelope or securely stapled before being placed into the drop boxes.  Please do not paperclip or use binder clips as these could cause documents to be mixed/lost.  

      • Packets will be regularly retrieved from the drop boxes and sanitized before being processed by District staff.
