Mrs. Carter is a Mustang Public Schools graduate!  She continued on to UCO and graduated from there.  For 11 years she worked at Mustang Trails and taught Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd.  Mrs. Carter has now worked for 19 years as a school administrator. 

Greetings!  My name is Karen Bush, and I am your Assistant Principal. This is my fifth year at Lakehoma and I have over fifteen years working in education. It has been such an honor to work with the amazing students, parents, teachers, and staff at Lakehoma. 

I am passionate about public education and its ability to transform communities through the successes of its students. I look forward to getting to know you and your children as we strive to make this year a joyful year of learning.
